Can i find a canadian immigration attorney contained by the Philippines(manila)?

I am an Indian we have long names i would like to consult a visa attorney who is all right versed in long name poblems in birth card and VISA. If possible a canadian immigration attorney who is in the philippines now to consult only, cos I may achieve a visa from canada .
Is there any canadian attorney or filipino attorney who is experienced in VISA name problems.
I live surrounded by pangasinan, Philippines now.

Unless your name is insanely huge, it'll fit on a visa. I don't think there is a specialty within visa name problems in the attorney profession.

I have had 2 re-entry permits my first pop in was in 2006 (1st re-entry epxiry aug 06) i wil make my second call round in 2008 (2nd re-entry expiry 2008) now will i be able to receive another 2 yr Re-entry permit My reason is that : I have to finish my degree(2006-2010)...
