What if USA use Mexico plan to shoot bio-chip to Control Illegal Immigration?

Mexico City, Dec 28 - Mexico's National Migration Institute (INM) have said it will introduce electronic registration for foreigners entering the country through the southern border to curb illegal immigration. In a communique, the INM Thursday said Biochip implants would be used to control the entry of workers and visitors from Belize and Guatemala from March 2008, Spanish word agency EFE reported Friday.
The implant will replace the currently used local pass, which can be easily modified. The biochip ID will allow total electronic registration of entries and departures, official said.The INM said a migration form for local visitors will be issued to residents of regions near the border with Guatemala, while the migration form for border workers will benefit workers contained by the area bordering Belize and Guatemala. In 2006, Mexico nabbed 200,000 people trying to enter illegitimately through the southern border, according to INM figures.

i think that would be good, considering i despise immigrant, and since they can't control themselves and stay in the own county and illegally jump the border, than someone else have to control them. If America use it, then they'll have to get Mexicans to brand name the chip and I'm sure they'll sabotage it.
On a Star trek episode, the Aliens implanted a chip in all of the citizens heads' near a chip that could cause pain and death if they misbehaved. Why not install similar chips within illegal alien slave's heads. After all they must be slaves if they are assigned work that Americans won't do. They will not immobilize the border or ever enforce Federal immigration laws, There is just too much money to be made from screwing illegals. Under the International Bankers's plan, eventually, EVERYONE shall use a bio-chip, not solely illegal immigrants. So if you got a credit card, and didn't pay packet on time... you shall be disconnected out of this world.
I would encourage the US to start doing a program like this to track illegals that are already here whenever an illegal is encounter. Hopefully then, some will eventually deported.
