No. They are still an iffy alien and need to go back to their own country and after apply to come back legally.
No. He violated immigration law and has to return to his own country. There is no way to legalize an unendorsed alien. If he was brought here illegally by his parents and is not yet 18-1/2, he should return home in a jiffy and voluntarily. If he does so, his parents' actions will not be held against him when he applies for immigration or a visa. Otherwise, he is subject to arrest, detention, deportation, and a 10 year ban on re-entry. Going home voluntarily at least spares him arrest and top-security prison.
You will have to go apply for citizenship. You will need to permeate out the proper forms and pay the fees for each form. I am going through somewhat of the same point, but my fiance is going to come to the USA legally for us to get married then he'll become a citizen.

If You are here illegally, Why do You think You deserve any special treatment? Go back to Mexico and after ask again. You are all one reason why the U.S. Economy is suffering. If You can not understand that, next You all have Your heads up Your behinds.
No. You cannot become a legal resident while you are living here illegally. Living here for 10 years and having a diploma be set to nothing.
You must return to your home country and file the proper paperwork to come back legitimately.
