Is here a loop hole contained by the canadian Immigration, process so i dont enjoy to travel pay for to my own country ?
I have met a girl from canada and i love her very much i have prearranged her for 6 months and i amwanting to move there but have been told that i may enjoy to come back to the uk for a short while we are due to be married soon .

You can file for an extension of your visitors visa and stay another 6 months. During that time if you are planning on getting married, you can do so, and next she can file the appropriate paperwork to sponsor you for Canadian Residency. You would need to apply via Inside Spousal, and during that time she would have to know how to support you (a year or longer). If your girlfriend cannot support you for one year (or more) short you working, then you would need to get married and return to the UK and own your then wife sponsor you via outside spousal. The process would take 4-6 months and then you would be allowed justifiably to join your wife in Canada as a permanent resident.
You can find the information for both inside and outside spousal at the knit I provided. The process costs around $2,000 CDN to complete.

If you are in Canada on a work or student visa, you might not have to leave at adjectives, just get married and pursue permanent residency using the wedding path. But if you only came in attendance on a tourist visa and have used up your extensions, you will not have a choice but to leave. Once you draw from married you can come back. You will need to see the Canadian consolate over there contained by the UK for processing your paperwork and whatnot. Since your in a commonwealth nation there shouldn't be much of a delay within getting your paperwork processed for you to come back.
