What does a Turkish medical doctor (M.D.) call for within instruct to work reasonably within China?

Assuming she's a U.S. citizen, doesn't speak Chinese but is fluent in English, and would be working for an international hospital dealing with English speaking patients.

ANYONE working in china...wants

Sponsorship from the employer.
The employer (in china) makes the application and supporting paperwork for the Z Visa.,

Like any country, you don't go in next to free permission to work anywhere, and since the 2008 games, the whole immigration/visa process has be tightened up and is remaining that way. (it has drifted somewhat out of control).

Anyone not staying at a tourist level hotel, must register near the police within 24 hours, officially on the day of arrival, but in attendance is some small latitude.. but get it done within a couple of days, and don't get checked or its a 500 RMB fine (85 USD).. and it increases per light of day missed..

The employee (Doctor) needs to get adjectives the medical tests and certificates done.. at a chinese approved hospital.Submit them to the chines embassy, have them approved, and single entry Z Visa issued.
Otherwise they will be re-done contained by china anyway, again at a chinese approved tactility (which may or may not include the place of work !)

once in country, you have 28 days to get that Visa upgraded to a Multi-entry (Z) visa.

You want to get the job first., then gross the application.
The employer will guide you through the process.

You can visit on a tourist (L) visa, max 2 entry and would need proof return tickets (well bookings anyway... so you don't actually own to pay for them, you could cancel/change them later) or
a business (F) visa - this would need a sponsorship letter from the employer.

So own you talked to the employer yet ?
