HI! I am currently an undemocratic immigrant. I be brought here when i be 3 months infirm. I really want to travel to?

to college but I am really worried I might be able to go because of my migratory status. Do you think I can shift to a college and remain in the US and get citizenship?
Answers:
No. You are an evil alien. If you return to your own country before you are 18 1/2 years old you will not face a ten year order if apprehended. Your parents wronged you by bringing you in as a child illegally. However, once you are over 18 you are an adult and responsible for your own movements. You could have your parents pay for you to go fund to your own country. Then you could apply for a student visa to come back legally.
choices:
1. wait until you carry 18 yeas old, and marry an US citizen.
2.if any of your parents are legals, they can fill a petition for you, and you can wait here until immigration approve it.
3.Go stern to your country and then you can get a US student or turist visa. probably you will get the visa, you are protected for the canon. and then get a social security number and take-home pay the tuition in the university, if you are really good student they will give you something.

Explain the situation to the consul contained by your country. good luck

Immigration and Nationality Act

(iii) Exceptions.-

(I) Minors.-No period of time in which an alien is under 18 years of age shall be taken into rationalization in determining the period of unlawful presence in the United States below clause (I).
Call INS and ask them :)
Don't listen to most of the idiots that post racist replies with no answer. Look for congress to possibly pass the Dream Act inside the next two years. If it passes then you will be capable of adjust your status and go to college. If it doesn't pass then your out of luck. However since you own been in the united states for over 10 years you could purposely draw from caught and fight a deportation hearing in court.
You can go to college. But unless you legalize you will have problems getting a duty. And you cant get citizenship just by going to college. If you are here already and you are not planning on leaving you should at lest travel to college. That shows that you want to contribute to society. And pray that your can legalize your situation.
first you would have to obtain someone to sponsor you. For example like if your mom/dad were Legal Residents, they could sponsor you. an application would be submitted to INS and you would go from here. it is a very complicated situation, but you can look up info on the internet. Just type in "immigration" and a lot of stuff should pop up. No dejes que la gente "ignorante" te ponga abajo- por que los latinos nunca nos damos por vencidos.
If you're under 18 yr antiquated, then you have not accumulated unlawful presence. Make sure you speak to an AILA immigration attorney
Best entity you can do is go back to your original country and report for a Visa so you can get entry into America legally. In the long run it will be much easier to do everything and you don't always enjoy to fear being deported and you get equal rights as all other Americans. =]
Yeah just take the import tax dollars from a citizen and let a citizen be turned down for aide because you got it. Way to go!
Yea u could go to college, forget going on for all these RACIST people who have no go in here.. Seriously dudes get a life stop hate.. The only problem about attending college is all the expenses come out of ur pocket.. Don't tolerate no one get you down man!
You have to check the right of entry requirements in your state. In California where I am, there is a canon passed that lets undocumented students go to school and even foot in-state tuition fees. So the answer to the 1st part of your question is Yes (but laws are not like peas in a pod in all states). Now the second part concerning the citizenship is it adjectives depends.
Technically, you cannot get citizenship b/c you are illegal. one thing that we do not know also is whether your parents brought you here near a visa. If yes, you could get married (of course when you are older) and adjust your status. [uhm we could just scratch that possibility out]. Another alternative, is only just to pray that Prez Obama's Dream Act pass asap.
But college is important, so make sure you go and get necessary info and enroll.
good luck!
Sorry that your folks hold not filed and got citizenship. You should obey are law and apply legally.
Yes, as long as you hold the money. No college is going to ask you for your immigration paperwork unless you are also a student employee. The problem is just that without the power to work either on or off campus, it will be hard to retribution for college. You can only get private grants.
I hope not. You are informal, you need to return to your own country and file to come here legally.
You could go back to your country and stop wasting my charge dollars your taking away from US citizens.

Keep it up this country will be just a SHlTTY as your country then be will you go? Source(s): @aadshdrc
She will get a job making 2 bucks an hour replacing some americans situation because she works for less.

Wake up,read the news on Britain's immigration issues.
Like greatly of illegals you've been here so damned long you ARE a citizen. Like someone said, talk to an immigration lawyer. You probably can seize into college and hard working tax paying U.S. citizens will foot the bill. This administration is outstandingly lax on the the issue. After all, we're paying for a woman with 18 babies she can't afford and we paid for her plastic surgery. So college should be a cake saunter for you.
