EU sets up basis within Africa to box dubious migration- will it work?

I think it may reduce illegal immigration, but everyone have a different meaning of "will it work". If you're meaning is will illegal immigration from African nation stop completely, then no.
They are coming from africa and now western asia as well. The migration pattern are like the map on the start of 'Dads army'. They all get to somewhere close to Italy are Lithuania and then get hooked up with a dodgy EU passport, later they are off to the UK where the streets are lined next to Gold.
And if they get in illegally the current government policy is to not arrest them and ask them nicely to report to an immigration centre, do they? Do they f**k!
No it will not work, the with the sole purpose way to stop illegal migration is to remove the incentive in the first place and promptly deport adjectives illegals and any immigrant legal or illegal immediately who have helped them.
Tough times are a coming for many in Britain and the EU, so pussy footing around on associates who have no right to be in the EU is no deterrent what-so-ever to people who will risk everything even their lives to receive into the EU as a illegal immigrant.
This isn't border control. It's a employment centre. It will advise Africans of seasonal job opportunity in EU and then help beside paperwork should they be interested. But what worries me is how many will stay (illegally) once their work is over.
