What would start to ancestors who immigrated to Canada from Kenya....?
if they got caught burning drugs in their basement? Also, the man used to work as a shelter guard but lost his job and still wears his uniform from time to time for a couple of hours here and there? Would they attain deported back in their country or get a fine, confinement or...?

Hopefully Canada would deport any criminals they can. However our immigration department seems incapable of doing things right. Last time I heard there be 9 levels of appeal.One level is adequate, 9 is daft. An immigrate could die of natural causes before getting deported. Lots that are deported to read out Jamaica, find their way back into Canada in a few weeks or months. It is not adjectives their fault. The spineless politicians write the laws that allow the wrong people to bring back into the country. Also once they are here no police force is trying to catch them. In the USA at least they have the INS.
