Answers:
yes.
stay in your own country.
wrestling is not a work.
First you never never voice that you are getting married or got married so you could stay in the US that is a correct way to get jailed and deported.
The thing you should do is find a tourist visa to visit the US, do not bring all your stuff or close any bank statement or things in your home country that would look like you planned on never returning. Then when you are in the US if you take place to meet the woman you know and if you happen to ask her to marry you and she accepts consequently you will also just happen to get granted residency to stay surrounded by the US. BUT remember you did not travel to the US to get married you traveled her to visit and you need to hang on to your return ticket as proof that you always intended to return but simply got caught up surrounded by love and decided it was the right thing to do.
People may notify you the right thing is a fiance visa, they are idiots getting one will take you at least 12 months I don`t know as long as 24 months to get. They are pointless. Good luck
It is illegal to do so. The penalty is up to five years surrounded by prison and a $250K fine.
It's not easy to get American citizenship -- but marrying simply for citizenship is, within my book, immoral. Doing so makes a mockery of the institution of marriage and give you and your "spouse" unfair benefits and tax advantages. It's also illegal.
Why don't your apply for a visa and go on from in attendance? Much less trouble.
If you are marrying someone and lying about in reality loving them just for the citizenship, they can divorce you at anytime and the processing for your papers is caput, ESPECIALLY if she testifies you were solitary in the marriage for the papers, then that stays surrounded by your record.
If you PAY someone to marry you for citizenship, you have to be married for 2 years before you can apply and after the rest of the process takes 5 more years including regular checkups to make sure you live together, interview you, your spouse, other people that know you, etc. And if that personality has strange activity with marry people, giving citizenship and then divorcing them, you are watched more or put a stop to.
It is really WAY more trouble than its worth. So rescue yourself the trouble and apply the easy way unless you actually go down in love with someone, of course.
It's not solitary frowned upon, it's illegal.
Its not kinda frowned upon its extremely against the law. The FBI will look into it and if they find that you are marrying someone for citizenship they will arrest and deport you for good, There is no coming back.
