Canada Immigration ask?
Hi, I'm currently applying for a Canadian PR. I'm just wondering if owning a house in Canada will expedite my application process? I doubt it will but my friend said it might.

No it won't. You will be evaluated on points. None of those points are credited for having a house. Now having a duty waiting in Canada will give you more points.
If you are in Canada, thinks of have some business investment (if you have enough money in foot and you are applying for Business immigration). House will not help, especially on mortgage.
