Mexican immigration law vs American?

Mexico is rather strict when it comes to immigration and illegal immigrants... while America is letting more and more empire get away with this... what do you think would come up if American Immigrations laws would be enforced as strongly as Mexican immigration laws? Would there be an outcry from the Mexican population contained by America saying that we are being unjust by following their example? Also, would the Mexican policy be hostile towards us for forcing all their people back and forcing them to reorganization? what are you ideas about any of this, serious answers only please...

Clearly, these are a deeply complicated questions. The conception of following a third world neighbors example is a bit ludicrous. We do not follow examples of genital mutilation or plural wives. America has always been a nation that by it's totally foundation has done things starkly different from the rest of the world.
` Should we have stricter immigration laws? NO. Legally our restrictions on immigration are a bit strict. We do allow immigration, but have background checks and limits. Our legitimate problem is illegal immigration. We have already taken some steps to limit this and should verbs. sure they will be mad. children of illegals will be the ones getting mad. and yes the mexican govt will also be upset. but hey, they can not tell us how to run our country. we don't inform them what to do. we are always helping other country's with money or food. but we don't tell them how to run things.
They'd play it up like a cheap soap opera! Such hypocrisy.

Their govt would be hostile unless we made it clear (BY FORCING EVERY MEDIA OUTLET - INCLUDING SPANISH-LANGUAGE TV, RADIO AND NEWS - TO INCLUDE PRIME-TIME GOVT ANNOUNCEMENTS) that Mexico can efficiently trade their 18 BILLION barrels of known petroleum reserves for medical care (immigrant doctors), better education, superior infrastructure, higher agricultural yields, incentives for adult literacy and brief training and ESPECIALLY once-a-year inoculations of the 12-month birth control drug (lasts a full yr w/ no menstruation). That last one should be in exchange for services to persons of child-bearing age who've all the same to complete a college degree.

You're sure right more or less Mexican immigration laws. I lived and worked in Baja for several years, and I paid a considerable sum to Immigration yearly for the privilege. Immigration also limits the type of job a foreigner may hold. They don't want foreigners taking jobs away from native Mexicans! What a concept! I agree with Mexico's strict law. We SHOULD emulate them. If they whine, so what. We are only doing what they've always done with respect to foreigners.
Another entity, foreigners are NOT eligible for free health care from the Mexican social security system. If a foreigner have to go to a Mexican hospital, they pay!
Illegals in Mexico are not coddled as they are here. Treatment is ruthless, and deportation is swift. We should learn from Mexico.
Absolutely it would be see as a hostile racist environment. There is no other country in the world that is as easy on illicit immigration as the US. Most countries uphold their laws, when the US does it, they are racist! i think we have plenty bullets and mines to take care of the problem. (a fence) who do they think they are kidding---ugru
Well when you read out strict, where are you getting your info from? I lived in Mexico (for work reasons) a couple of years and its quite uncomplicated to become a Mexican citizen, Relative of course to US citizenship, I know this because my wife is Mexican and after 2 years I became a citizen when we came support to the states it was the most brutal hussle I have ever dealth with, we own been here for 3 years and she is still not eligible to become a citizen.. Just wanted to lay that out. American Immigration Laws are waaay more enforced that Mexican immigration laws, come on havent you hear how easy it is to bribe the police in MX? its not much different with INM (mexican immigration) Will the Mexican organization be hostile? well no, I mean we are constantly deporting people spinal column and you hardly ever hear about it on mexican news, however this does enjoy an impact in border towns in Mexico.

Lastly if your kid is born in Mexico he is a Mexican citizen which automaticaly give you Mexican citizenship. WHICH is NOT the case in the US, im sure you have hear of anchor babies right?

I actually lived and dealth with Mexican Immigration, unless you have done impossible to tell apart please correct me if im wrong.. im all up for hearing more opinions surrounded by the matter.

EDIT:
Lester brought up some interesting points, regardless of how harsh or not immigration laws surrounded by Mexico are, comparing our selfs to them, isnt that ludacrist?
