How can I acquire home minus my passport.?
Came to the USA in 1990, had passport and everything stolen in Florence South Carolina. Went to the police, no minister to whatsoever.
Have no family as I grew up in childrens homes in Plymouth within the UK.
I have been stuck in this country since. I enjoy consulted two US immigration attorneys who told me that I am between a rock and a hard place and that I should not rock the boat. I am sick of it all. I want my life rear.
I did get a photo copy of my birth cirtificate and have applied for a new passport twice in a minute, but did not have the right documentation. What do I need and how can I get it?

I think you need to go to the British Embassy and speak near them. You can also turn yourself in to ICE and explain, volunteer for deportation - hear me out - when they process your fingerprints they will quickly determine the situation and may even deport you home! I would try the embassy first, though.
As long as you can show some form of ties to UK (birth card, photo identity, etc.), Immigration will issue a one way travel document with the help of British Embassy. Go to Immigration bureau and talk to Removal unit. They will not 99% arrest you since you are volunteering to go backbone.
Speak to the nearest British Embassy, if you be born in the UK they should be able to help you.
