Do I, Singaporean Citizen, have need of a Permit to work surrounded by USA? Can I apply for a work security after arriving within USA?
Singaporean Citizens do not need Visa to Enter USA.
Singapore is one of the few countries in Asia with this special priveleged relationship next to USA.
I however am not sure if this privelege extends to working in USA.
I would like to work for a year in USA only to gain exposure and and the same time contribute an Asian perspective to businesses in USA.

You (and everybody else from every country) need a work area monopoly if you want to stay for business purposes for more than 3 months. As I know you have to have a sponsor and I don't know what kind of work you are looking for but if it is a short time ago for gaining some experience, you can find a job through some agency. If you want a "serious" job, it will be harder to find a sponsor contained by the States though.
