How does he plan to put 2.5 million AMERICANS back to work and push immigration reform to include : amnesty (pathway to citizenship), increased visa approval, increased guest worker program, and family reunification at alike time?

He won't. Government does not create real jobs, private industry does. Govt. just creates "make work" jobs.
The illegals contribute HUGELY to our unemployment rate.
What Obama plans to do is number one create 2 1/2 million new organization jobs and create a new Democratic voting base by granting illegals citizenship. 2 1/2 million parliament jobs will create no goods no services but will only be a firther drain on the export tax payers and so will granting citizenship to illegals once they start inviting all their friends and families over the border for the party. Its why Liberal policies are so destructive its conduct without thought of the consequences.

As far as illegals contributing to our employment rate. Think of it. There are apparently over 12 million illegals in the USA. For EVERY SINGLE job they take, another american is jobless. I can't believe the USA doesn't enjoy enough common sense to see that this leads to monetary falter. It's unfortunate.
