I want to bring back a position surrounded by the US and my partner is reasonably thankful to come beside me?
The problem is I can get a work Visa I know that much but for him to come along with me I have no perception how he can. He doesn't have a degree or diploma so for him to apply for a Visa will be difficult. What's the easiest way to dance about this. If things work out whilst we are over there we will probably try to apply for citizenship. Will this be difficult or if I got Citizenship and my partner is married to me wouldn't he be allowed to stay within the country because of that?
I know this sounds confusing, I just want to try to work this out now before I even plan anything.

i believe if u work long enough u can adjust ur status urself for immigrant visa. converse to a lawyer.
to invite a person to visit u u must be a citizen classification ur passport is u.s
or a permanent resident card holder. if u have one of those.
u can file for ur hubby.
you can solitary get a work visa if you have an employer. if not, afterwards no visa. your partner can come with you as your dependent if he is married to you. he cannot work though.
you cannot apply for citizenship until you're a permanent resident for 5 years (3 years if married to a US citizen). to become a permanent resident, your employer must petition for you to become one. you cannot apply for it yourself. they are within no way obliged to get you fixed resident status. it is up to them.
Yes, family can come along. You get the H-1 work visa and he'll get the H-2 spouse visa. So can any children below 21.
