I have an idea that they use the point system so if you have a degree or are skilled in someway it categorically helps. Getting a job that sponsors you is also helpful. Also not have a criminal background. We need to know why you were deported from the US. Canadians are a moment or two better about immigration,(they need the people!)
I think if your not a criminal and you intend to work america or canada is good place for you. Unfortunately there are lots US citizens that don't feel this instrument.
They themselves probably should be deported to somewhere like north dakota or montana. Source(s): A greatful US citizen.
NOTHING - you are SOL - sorry.

you cant apply as refugee, because you should have applied in USA and you didnt.

you cant marry someone in 30 days - you will be denied and deported for sure

you cant apply for any work area monopoly because they are only processed outside of Canada.

and applying for the skilled worker residency takes 2 years from the usa and longer elsewhere.
There isn't anything you can do in that amount of time.
seeing you were deported from the US you have little indiscriminate of immigrating to Canada

anyway nothing can be done in 30 days, immigration to canada can take years depending where on earth your from and if your a skilled worker
Tough luck!
Where did you mess up that got you deported?
You can apply to extend your visit visa, see http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/exten... While you wait, you hold implied status. Since it takes a while to process, it might buy you a couple of months.

In the meantime, you can try to look for a job but it will not be easy. The employer will own to apply for a labour market opinion to hire you and if you even seize it, it would take a while, depends on what kind of job. You can try to find a big company that hires plentifully of migrant workers and see if they have an open labour souk opinion so it will be faster.

You still need to leave Canada to seize the work permit issued, that is if you even get a work licence but you don't necessarily have to go to your home country.

Having been deported from the US will work against you because if you overstayed surrounded by the US, how will you convince Canada immigration to give you a temporary work permit and that you will give up when it expires?
