she has a ticket, passport, and visa. she says that immigration wants her to show $500 on her party before leaving..is this true?

There is no money requrement for disappearing the country of Ghana.
This person is not coming to the US, most likely it is not even a girl just a room full of empire that use ID's to steal money from you.
