My guess would be no because it is not mandatory for any business to use E-verify (yet). My current job I just get didn't say nothing about an E-verify.
That would defeat their purpose; draw from as many hispanics into the US as fast as they can.

They should be made to, maybe they should be raided to see how many of these illegals they are hiring. That is a correct point. We should petition to have that happen. all organization who are pro-illegal should go thru e-verify to make sure they are not breaking any more laws. They should already be prosecuted for aiding and abet according to the law but of course they are not.
