Check the poverty levels on the above link, you hold to go by your state and the number of dependents you have. You must allow for any children you are even part responsible for supporting even if they don't live beside you.
You need to show 125% of the poverty level or you need a co sponsor.
Depends on how copious dependents (if any) and if the sponsor has previously sponsored anyone else.
