E-2 Visa HELP?!??!?
I am in a E-2 visa and I want to terminate or cancel my out-of-date coorp. and create a new one I need to know if it would effect my status ?

You cannot close out a company used to fulfill the requirements, then dissolve it and start something else. And you have to prove the company is fulfilling the requirements every two years to renew the visa. There's no way around this. Audited financial records will relay the tale.
Since this company is not meeting requirements, you must return home.
