Can I procure British Citizenship?
From the question can i if i was born in London, My parents enjoy been living in London for the past 15 years however do not own britsh passports. And I am the age of 16. We have an indefinant leave to remain. This is withought paying money am i entitled to get it automatically.

No. Wait until you reach 18 then apply for status surrounded by your own right, from there you may be able to apply for British Citizenship if you've stayed out of trouble with the police. It's not automatic for anybody, even if you be born here, whose parents are not British born or have become Naturalised themselves.

Yes. If your parents had Indefinite Leave to Remain when you were born, afterwards you most likely already are a British citizen. Just apply for a passport and find out. 16 years here and you can hardly speak English. But that should not bar you from becoming a British citizen as copious native Brits are in the same boat. Sure, you can apply, and you should capture your shiny new British passport.
There is a difference between man entitled to British citizenship and having an entitlement to register for British citizenship. It will depend on a number of factors:
You parents' residency: are they EEA, British Territory Overseas, British subjects etc.
Their visa status at the time of your birth.

I would talk to your parents about obtain citizenship for all the family if they are eligible and meet the conditions formerly the rules change again.
If your parents did not want to become British Citizens then I suggest you ask THEM, why not.?
They will give you pious reasons why it was considered unsuitable for you and the Family.
