just liek poppy said - some peeps put firstname / surname and others vise versa.. at least you know they get the correct person cos there surely cant be two people near that same name ;)
You can trademark a sworn affidavit attested by the embassy or immigartion authority as a proof. Better talk to them as well and they can also provide some sort official clarification dispatch.
