How can the owner of green card,who broke the law come pay for to the USA?
One,who has green card, has escaped the army and went wager on to his home country. how can he come back to the USA without problems?

He can't. He'll be arrested at the port of entry and turned over to the US Armed Forces' fugitive and deserter apprehension team. He'll be returned to his component to face court martial.
Conviction at court martial is equal as a federal felony conviction. He'll be given a Bad Conduct Discharge and about 6 months in the stockade/brig. So, following his conviction and time served he'll be turned over to ICE for deportation.
