What make it more difficult for a Latino to gain citizenship contained by the USA ?
Everyone I know who has gone through the citizenship process has had more difficulty in the past finally becoming approved for citizenship if they were Latino. The friends I know from Europe; Germany or England for example, didn't have as hard of a time. Has anyone else be aware of this, or experienced this?

As mentioned above the U.S. sets up quotas for immigration from respectively nation. It is kind of like the law of supply and constraint.
For example:
The U.S. may allow 50,000 immigrants from mexico each year.
It might only allow 2,000 form England per year.
But if simply 400 people from England want to immigrate - it will be easy to enter the U.S.
If 100,000 mexicans want to immigrate, half will be rejected even though copious more mexicans than english get to immigrate.
Hopefully that makes sense.
If you want to come to the US with the intention of staying there illegally, it is going to be more difficult. The US have recently unveilled a series tough immigration procedures aimed at combating the floww of illegal aliens from latin america. They are tracked used sophisticated methods and technology, when caught, they are detained and deportaion procedures are quickly put inplace to distribute them to their home countries.
Otherwise, you are welcome to explore leagl means through which you can visit or immigrate to the US.
Because there is more competition in that group.
I would not, if I were you, make out bigotry or prejudice. Quite the opposite is correct.
I will point to one very big problem, and the basis for my rejecting really strongly, any effort to provide amnesty to the illegal aliens in this country who are from Mexico.
In the recent past six amnesties, the illegal aliens indicated this and that on their applications. When this country tried to check that information, the Mexican Government refused to supply the information. Some 47% of the application for amnesty in the concluding six amnesties were fraudulent, and if the information was known, the individual would not have been allowed to enter this country.
Latin American Governments do not have the sophistication, and enjoy a serious attitude to boot. They don't like the United States, and they reluctantly, or won't, provide information on their folks. They won't supply criminal information on their people, and amnesty is not a possibility in that circumstance.
So.. the Latin American Country you come from can comfort you if there is a problem. Our Immigration Service cannot. However, I would like to know who is saying this roughly speaking our immigration because I seriously doubt it is correct in the final analysis.
If Latinos have such a hard time, later why are there more Latino immigrants admitted respectively year than any other nationality/ethnicity?
It's easier for a Latino to gain citizenship than any other ethnicity/nationality.
Perhaps the ability of Latinos to speak their native language surrounded by the USA has actually hindered their getting the required education to become a US citizen, to some extent than helped in their assimilation. After all, the US systems are geared to allow a large amount of assistance with Spanish speakers in everyday life, which may slow down some cultural nouns. This is intended as an assistance to our greatest non-native US (English-speaking) population, but may have some drawbacks.
There are quota limits on immigration in most categories, but not adjectives. There are no immigration limits whatever on spouses, parents and minor children of US citizens. The other quotas affect pretty much everyone worldwide the same instrument.
There are quotas or limits of any kind on naturalization, or becoming a US citizen. Anyone and everyone who can qualify based on residency here, can apply and if they overrun the test, become a US citizen. The biggest surge in applications for US citizenship came after a evolution in Mexican law, not US law. When Mexico stopped requiring its citizens to drop their Mexican citizenship when they acquire US or other citizenship, the number of Mexican green cards holders applying for US citizenship shot up overnight.
It's because of all the negative publicity they are getting lately. It's actually within exaggeration and people like KAT M like to really exaggerate when she doesn't even know what a Hispanic looks approaching in person.
Could the reason for this be that neither our government nor those promoting ignore the Constitution, massive entry and open border policies wish to be bound by the proper limits that protect our nation and rights, but would pursue their own greedy interests above national and societal well-being. If our highway had no speed limits, chaos and trouble would prevail. If there were no serious enforcement, many more would fail to acknowledge them. If 50 persons were graciously and attractively invited to a party and 250 uninvited people showed up (just looking for a better life), disorder and busted budgets would be the result. This is the sorry situation in frequent States.
because too many come here illegally or try to fraud the system by scam marriage etc...
Supply and demand..... We already own 20 million low skilled illegals here so why should we bring in more unskilled individuals.

there's a quota system i believe.
