Stay the f**k out of the UK you're not reaction here .
You broke our law so fook off, my fiance lives surrounded by Philippines, it cost me thousands to spend time with her but I would never think of overstaying my visa, we follow the law of our countries, so I judge punks like you should try it also..... its people like you who trademark it so difficult for the law abider's.... stay where you are you parasite! we don't want you.
Stay where on earth you are, We don't want you.
why the hell are we picking up the tab for the financial shortcomings over your country. Stay there and improve your own countries economy to some extent than coming here to fill your pockets. You overstayed, please stay out. Why is the uk having to support the whole of eastern europe because you tried communism and it didnt work?
The chez republick as you put it is part of the EU so what is all this about a visa.
Just trying to spark of a Response.
The immigration will probably make you pinch a spelling test before you come though.
I spent years abroad other worrying about my visa expiry date. I even now have to verbs about my wife's visa next year... yet ancestors like you can just over stay and abuse our system.
Stay where on earth you are !
The Czech Republic is EU, so I guess you are trolling.
You broke the ruling by overstaying, so why should you be allowed in again?
DO NOT bother to apply to Canada.
Having been deported from the UK you are very soon unlikely to be approved to immigrate anywhere else.
Better to just go back to EU and stay within.
And yes the database will still have your record of illegally over staying no concern how many new passports you get.
Obviously didn't bother learning English whilst in the UK did you?
As you own already broken the law in the UK and been here as an prohibited immigrant, its very unlikely you will have permission to return.
As the first poster say, your behaviour is very unfair on those who embezzle the trouble to come to the UK legally and abide by our laws!!
HHAHAHHAH u are stuck you cant get back into UK now loser.
Firstly you were deported, if immigration served you removal order that ability "Deportation Order". It is recorded in database with your label & date of birth.
Secondly, Czech Republic is in Schengen and UK Embassy in Prague doesn't issue visas anymore, all the details are sent to Home Office visa is approved in that & then forwarded to Warsaw & they stamp the visa. Yes they do take Biometric details. Czech Citizens however do not require visa to travel to UK (CZ is in EU).
You made a serious mistake over staying your visa. Its not gonna be graceful for you to enter UK again, even if u change ur nationality (by legally exchanging ur nationality).
Try Canadian immigration & immigrate to Canada if u are after economically apposite life. Source(s): http://www.cic.gc.ca/
Do you have a purple passport with something about the European Union on the front? If you do, you don't require a visa as Czech Republic is a contributor of the EU.
If you are not a citizen of the Czech Republic & from another country, I suggest you tell what nationality you are so people can push for you as to whether or not you need a visa.
If you do require a visa, as you've previously held one, the Embassy will be able to access the details you previously submitted. Your passport has be renewed, your basic details haven't changed and your record in the UK hasn't be expunged.

Citizenship through matrimonial authorization?
One of my friend is married to a Canadian and he is in his home country (India) as of now, and his wife is in her home country (Canada) -they get married in india and she is carrying now. Any idea how can we process their citizenships. Go to the nearest Canadian embassy and inquire just about how your friend could...
