We can't just walk in to the USA resembling the Latins. We have to comply with all the rules. Personally I have to wait 11 years to be here.

First, while most "Latin" immigrants are Mexican, it is a big country and many have to travel contained by terrible conditions for hundreds of miles just to get surrounded by the US illegally. Second, many immigrants are Dominican, Salvadoran, and South American, and I dare you to try to stride into the US from Argentina. So it is just as difficult for most "Latins" to get to the US as any European and, second, unless you're comparing yourself to Puerto Ricans or Cubans, legal immigration from Europe is much easier than from any Latin American country, ceteris paribus. All a European would enjoy to do to become an illegal immigrant is get a tourist, work or student visa and never leave. A 6 hour, nouns conditioned flight with food and drink service is easier than spending several days trekking through the Texas desert or crowding on to an unseaworthy boat across the Caribean. There are plenty of illegal European immigrants here, they only just recieve much less attention because they tend to be better educated, better off financially, they don't come within large groups and have an easier time fitting into society. We scrutinize Latin Americans working blue collar job, but no one pays much attention to middle class European students or tourists.
You are so misinformed; anyone beside an EU passport can legally enter the U.S. without a Visa. Latin Americans need a Visa to justifiably enter.

It is difficult to get into the US rightfully, but you have the peace of mind of knowing you aren't going to be arrested at any moment. I don't know how these illegals manage from day to hours of daylight, always looking over their shoulders and so on. Europeans usually follow the rules so yes it is more difficult. plus they learn to speak English first, they study the language as a preparation, so even more work.

One of the main factor is demand- If you're Chinese, Mexican, Haitian, Burmese, and a few other nationalities, there's a good chance your country isn't going to advance much in your lifetime, so you seek to immigrate. The concomitant factor is that if you've got a Haitian, Burmese, etc. coaching, chances are you're not going to succeed in the USA either. Thus it's a long skulk for you if you're Chinese, Mexican, etc.
Europeans, on the other hand, have very little missing within their lives- Europe educates children well, and when they grow up, they need impressively little. Given these circumstances, the numbers of Europeans seeking to immigrate to someplace "better" are concomitantly few.
