I am working as a accountant from former 8 yrs surrounded by a co, and presently my boss son have come and immediately atmostphere changed?
My boss has admitted to hospital for some problem now his son have come without knowing he talks so much. more over one of my collegue won't do any work properly instead he point out others mistake he cannot do any work only quarreling. I whip so much tension in work of all kind by seeing his things and he speaks in a very bad bearing so i cannt tolerate. Now boss son knows and i and other collegeus told him about his bad manner then also he says all these are our personal problem and subsequent time he cannt tolerate. I am doing hard and sincere work from past 8 yrs i cannt take words from my boss son becoz he dont know and dont do thorny work simply talks in his young age. I told his that i am doing thorny work, if they take his words on me i will quit. so he told to boss also. i want all of us to do work properly as possible and understaning office situation. but this fellow never allow, he is extraordinarily rough, inspite of taking regards of taking all office nouns production accounts management without boss these days,i am taking blame becoz of this bastered. If boss son will be lifelong I suggest that you do your work and keep your mouth shut. Keep telling yourself that as bad as the atmosphere is you are darn lucky to even hold a job. I hate to give you this suggestion but with the economy being what it is I chew over you should hang in there.
