In the future i wish to open a block preferably in Vermont in the U.S.A and i would like to know how i could jump about using this idea to obtain citizenship if this is certainly possible following this route.
Would i have to buy a bar or would it be possible to Let the bar following this same belief.

NO you wont take citizenship - that is NOT the right or fast way to get hold of citizenship.
First you need to apply for a business or investor visa, and then when you do arrive in the USA, you must live contained by USA for 5 years before you can apply for citizenship. Now the waiting to get to USA can take several years depending on which country you come from.
The short answer is "no!" If you have a million dollars to invest and will hire a minimum of 10 American citizens, you can try for an investor's visa. But a bar does not take a million-dollar investment, nor does it require 10 or more workers. A glitzy club might, but there's not much market for that in rural Vermont!
If you have a million dollars or more to invest, you can probably come up beside a better investment proposal. You need to do your market research and everything first, and prepare a business plan. Then see about getting the visa.
