Immigration relief please.?
Okay so this situation is a little strange.. I am trying to help out a good friend, She have a valid visa to come to the US for 10 years, before she left for the US she got contained by a fight with her mother and her mother took her visa away from her ( long story ) never the less to "spite" her mother she come to the US anyway but came here illegally since her mother had her visa... She in a minute wants to become a US citizen, she is now on good vocabulary with her mother and her mother sent her -still valid- visa here that is good for another 5 years. She is also unavailable to a US citizen and want to get married. So pretty much I would like to know what steps we can take to net her legal here. Thanks in advance!!

Although your "friend" may enjoy an unlawful entry without inspection issue (which I do not condone or advise), your friend's mother (or other trustworthy family member/friend) should come to this country and personally deliver the visa.
