I am not being judgemental at all so please do not take offense to anything i am axiom. I am just trying to be as honest as i can and i have your best interests in mind next to the advice i am giving.

Firstly, your b/f needs to return to his country of origin and aim entry clearance as your fiancee or spouse. There is no chance of him being able to marry you contained by the UK - none at all - while he is in the UK as an illegal immigrant.

He doesn't hold leave to remain so cannot, therefore, apply for a certificate of approval which would allow you to marry within the UK. You need leave to remain in directive to apply for the cert of approval and he doesn't have this so any idea of marrying within the UK will never happen.

He needs to make an out-of-country application to come put a bet on in on a fiancee visa and there, he will be able to marry you.

I get the impression for you for the position that you are both in - it is a difficult process but if your heart is truly in it then you can do it. It may embezzle a long time which is something you will have to deal with if you want to be together.

Are these responsibilities that you are likely to take on as his fiancee? It is a costly process as well and you will need to enjoy a steady job and a place where you can both stay preferrably a place that you own or you are the main tenant.

I option you all the best of luck - it shouldn't be like this but it is - normally, if you be with someone from the UK then these problems wouldn't even be a factor, however, you can't help who you spatter in love with.
He needs to return to Nepal and either apply for a duty and work permit here (under the new points based system) or you will hold apply for a fiance visa for him - or you'd have to marry him in Nepal and apply for a spouse visa. But the fact that he have been here illegally will count against him. Also, you'd have to prove you could support him or he could support himself near "no recourse to public funds".
If he is an illegal he shouldn't be here. I would leave and shift back to his place of origin, marry him there and stay nearby.
legally you cant and they can attain your contact details through these questions. where they will be able to find him as he is unauthorized. You both need your birth certificates to register a future nuptials and as soon as you do that he would be arrested. Why would you want to marry someone who commits crimes?
If he is an ex Gurkha after we commiserate with you if hes just another freeloader then best you up and be off for Nepal.
you will need to go back to his country next to him and get married there and then he will stipulation to apply for a visa to come and stay with you here, if you are earning enough money and not on benefit, here is more chance of him getting the visa....good luck.
check the immigration laws of Scotland..
Go back to Nepal marry him and legally try to bring stern to UK.U can consult a immigration lawyer.
Harbouring an illegal immigrant is a crime which can result in incarceration! So be careful.
Only marry him if you are going to live in Nepal. Otherwise, you can "live" in jail.
I suggest you both **** off to nepal.
I think he maybe wants to marry you surrounded by the hope that he will be allowed to stay. Don't bother, is my advice.
how about you move back to his country, theres enough of them over here as is it!
Just move to Nepal. Also their is a very good karma he might just be using you.
So GO be with him!
IF HE IS AN ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT THEN HE SHOULDNT BE HERE SHOULD HE?
Move to Nepal, otherwise you'll both go to prison, also if your already intentionally harbouring an illegal immigrant, you'll get a massive fine and wont be capable of afford a wedding
bloody foreign basher draw from an english bloke
You can't marry a person who's here illegally. You could only find married abroad. I assume you are marrying him to allow him to stay in the country, if so you're wasting your time. Marriage to a British citizen does not administer him the automatic right to abode here.
attain a working permit for him
