An illegal immigrant mother has a 12 year old son who suffers from anxiety. He have been sent to a psychiatrist by the school he attends and the mom is now taking him to psychoanalysis. Would it be valid to allow the mother to stay in the U.S. due to the fact that she wouldn't be able to afford medical sustain for her U.S. citizen son in her home country if she is deported

No, of course not. If the child's anxiety is that bad she should disappear him here with legal family extremity, legal friends or in foster care.
When they arrest her they'll deport her. She should start giving some though as to what she wants to do with her son when that day comes.
