Can i apply for lifelong resident to Study contained by USA?
I am Malaysian , i am going to study in USA, but it is very expensive for international tuition fee. My sister is the PR at United States next to her US-citizen husband. Can i apply for the Green Card and study in United Stares? it is possible to get the same tuition allowance with US-citizen? Thank you for your respond.

No you can't. You can't come here on a student visa and apply for green card because it's illegal.
But yes if you be a permanent resident, your tuition would be the same as regular American students.
You can't apply for permanent residency just to come and study. Your sister might possibly be able to apply for you as a sibling, but ending I knew the processing time for adjustment based on a PR sibling was SEVERAL years (7-10 or more), and that be before 9/11. So you wouldn't be processed in time for it to do you any good for institution anyway, unless you plan to put your studies on hold for a decade or so... Try looking at different schools, not all charge the same tuition, you might be capable of find a good school that offers your program and all the same has a more reasonable tuition.

You see international students is where the money is at. We take-home pay 3 times more than Americans. They will do whatever it takes to keep it that agency. I recommend you come here to do your masters only. Its only for two years. And remember that tuition fees always increase every year. They don't enlighten you that; but its a fact. You wont be eligible for any grants of financial aid.
They only supremacy you have is that your sister can help you out with housing and finding a assignment.
