This year? no. Ever? I doubt it, but aside from that, Amnesty, if it would ever happen, it will not cover or benefit every single prohibited immigrant. There are a series of requirements that need to be met to qualify for Amnesty, which reduces drastically the number of illegal immigrant what will actually apply for it. After that, the number that is approved is even lower. So, you see, Amnesty may only section of the solution.
