Can a H1B Visa holder apply for a government grant contained by US?
I am working in a tech company. But I wish to apply for a patent for a power-driven product unrelated to my job. Can I do it? If yes can I have an income from my patent (selling it or royalty income). I am not going to quit my current opening and will still work for my H1 Sponsor full time.
