How long does an alien who acquire their Green Card via bridal call for to reside near their spouse?

A friend of mine who acquired their Green Card via marriage is legally separated from his wife but is still living at like peas in a pod address. After how long, presumably from the date of marriage, are they required to share the same domicile? I've been researching this on his behalf but hold yet to find any definitive information...

Instead of relying on you ..why not suggest they see an immigration lawyer and sort it out properly
If the green card holder entered as a conditional resident, he or she be admitted for two years. Ninety days prior to the second anniversary, the person needs to wallet for permanent residence.

At that time, the U.S. CIS may schedule an interview of both parties. Interviewed separately, they must entertain the adjudicators that a valid marriage exists.

There is nothing really specific in writing that states a particular time period that they enjoy to live together, but if a reasonable doubt exists as to the validity of the marriage the undying residence can be denied. This is especially true if fraud is expected.
when the alien puts gas in his space ship
Depends, if when his status was adjusted they had already be married for over 2 years and he has a PERMANENT RESIDENT card then he can leave whenever. If he have a conditional resident card they must return to file for Permanent residency before their 2 years of marriage. not doing so could do some impairment.
2 years

When it comes to adjusting status to permanent the wife needs to explain to the immigration dept that the marriage is a sham and that they seperated on whatever date.

if he get deported that is his problem not her's.
He was just using her resembling most men do.
