How can i travel final to usa on h1-B visa?
I have h1-B visa for usa till 2011.But for certain reason i hold to came back to my home country india.But when i joined at hand i was over there on training session so they are not paying but provide me accomodation.Now what's way to shift back to work in usa.Any documentation require at immigration or anything...?

You should take form I-797 beside you to India so that you can apply for an H-1B visa. When presented at post, an approved Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, and a Form I-797, Notice of Action, may be used as sufficient proof to schedule an appointment, but posts will not review these forms for purposes of H visa issuance.
The visa office, before issuing a visa, must use the electronic Petition Information Management Service (PIMS) narrative created by the Kentucky Consular Center (KCC) to verify petition approval.
So, you need to make arrangements for a visa interview while you are in India surrounded by order to go back to work within the USA.
