Legall age for getting a passport and visa for another country?
I am 16 years old and i wanna go to a foreign country and learn a foreign tongue by their native language teachers.Can a 16 years mature girl can get visa and passport without her father's will?My mother is ready to dispatch me to a foreign country but my dad dont allow.My dad and mom are separated.What should i do?Do i have to wait to go out to a foreign country till i am 18 years old-fashioned?

It all depends if your mother has court-appointed sole custody of you or not. If she does, then you merely need her permission to travel abroad. If not your mother should turn to family court and petition for sole custody. Otherwise, if your parents share custody, why not talk to your father and find out why he won't let you be an exchange student.
I think u enjoy to wait till u r 18 years old only if your parents do not allow to walk out of your country.
