Can my aunt come here to america...?
my uncle lives here in america, but his wife (my aunt) lives in india. They haven't seen respectively other for more than 10 years and I really want her to come here just for a month. My mum's sent a request and it's been a year. What can I do to help?

If your uncle is a officially permitted permanent resident or Citizen he can file a petition for his wife and obtain a green card for her to some extent quickly. If he has been here for 10 years he must be a U.S. Citizen, LPR or an unlawful immigrant. If he is an unlawful immigrant nearby is not much anyone can do to help him get his wife here--even for a visit.
