Why do immigrant enjoy to clutch the citizenship interview when most Americans don't even know the answers?

Speak for yourself, some of us actually could pass the theory test with ease.
The citizenship test is designed beside a very specific purpose in mind. On one hand, it is believed that an "American" should know the answers. It is open to question, of course, that all "born-Americans" will know the answers, but that is not the point. On the other appendage, it is also believed that the more you know about the country you live in, the more you'll love it. In a nutshell, you cannot be an "American" if you know nothing around America, its foundation, its history and its culture.
They do it to make immigrants know more than those that be born here
Immigrants have to take the citizenship test to determine if they deserve to be considered Americans. America is an incredible country, and not everyone can be a part of a set of it.
As for why Americans don't have to take it - well, it's within the Constitution. If you're born here, then you're an American.
back when that exam was written most Americans did know the answers....but that curriculum is barely taught within schools anymore...

They have to take it because they are not American. Americans deserve the right to not take it. Immigrants should hold to take the test to prove that they should be able to stay contained by America. It does not matter if a small percentage of Americans do not know the answers because at some point they did learn about it.
They cant choose the ones born there but want a pick at the best of the ones that do immigrate.
As for why Americans don't have to take it - powerfully, it's in the Constitution. If you're born here, then you're an American. Even if you are retard you are a american yeahhhhhhhh
uh, because they weren't born here and they should hold to take a test. atleast it's only a oral exam and they don't have to go to school for 12 years 8 hours a time to learn about the way the management works.....so they are getting the better end of the stick.

You're right; there shouldn't even be a test. Instead, one of your parents should have to be a native-born American for you to become a citizen.

Americans do know the answers if they attended grammar, middle and
high school. I bet you're not American or you would enjoy known that.
How hard is it really to take the citizenship test and study for it? It allows you to acquire your citizenship. The people who actually have the effrontery to complain about it are complete idiots. I have lived in America for tons years legally and never had a chance to even purchase a green card or become a citizen. If somebody had told me I have the chance and freshly have to study for the test, I would gladly own done so!
That's like adage why should poor people have to work, when rich people don't hold too....

because its best to know the american way before moving here as they fit within better and actually know whats going on in not only the present but they grasp the important stuff as well about history. Alot of empire from other countries also study about america like we do in college. Normally when you immigrate here its because you like america and want a better opportunity and like it. So its best to know all the stuff they ask. the question paper isnt that hard. I took it for fun and its nothing you shouldnt already know. A few were tough, but it be pretty simple.
Because God forbid we let anymore dumb@sses into this country than nearby has to be.
