I enjoy to renew my EAD which be file near I485 after July 30. Do I obligation to repay fees for that?
I filed my I 765 and I 130 along with I 485 application on August 12, 2007. On USCIS website under I 765 it is written that if I folder my I 485 after July 30, 2007 I don't need to pay for I 765. Now, I am not sure whether this is true for EAD ( I -765 ) renewal also. I talked to two official on USCIS on phone. One was saying "no" fee is required while other said "yes". I am confused. Can someone transmit me?

If this is a renewal application and you are applying under one of the following categories, a file fee is not required:
1. (a)(8) Citizen of Micronesia, Marshall Islands, or Palau;
3. (a)(11) Deferred Enforced Departure; or
2. (a)(10) Granted Withholding of Deportation;
4. (c)(l), (c)(4), or (c)(7) Dependent of certain foreign government, international charity, or NATO personnel.
5. (c)(9) or (c)(16) adjustment applicant who filed for adjustment under the fee structure implement July 30, 2007.
According to the 5th topic you do not need to pay filing tax.
