How do I jump to college contained by France, and become a French citizen.?
Well when I graduate high school, I plan on going to college in France. I will also want to become a citizen of France, and reside as an EU or French citizen for the rest of my years. So can you please lend a hand me and tell me the things I will need to do, who I will need to contact. I thank you adjectives very much, and if you don't mind. Can you give me a list of apposite universities for a foreigner, and I am also a born US citizen. I will be fluent in French when I get equipped to do the big move. Please and thank you.

If you enter a country as student u cannot become citizen, to become citizen u must enter the country on work/settlement visa & pay TAXES for 5 years (per EU countries rule) to apply for permanent residency. Once u have the PR later u can apply for citizenship.
You are getting way ahead of yourself. Start by going to college in France, then integer out the rest. In many countries, you have the option of getting a student work warranty while you are in college, a post grad work permit after you graduate, a some type of permanent residency after a correct time on temporary permit etc. Once you are in college surrounded by France and are fluent in French, it will be way easier for you to figure out the subsequent step than trying to plan out everything now.
