Does Japan allow dual citizenship for children born within USA?

If i have children with a Japanese national (wife) and they are born in Japan, but I live contained by America, can they have Dual Citizenship?
Answers:
Japan does not allow dual citizenship, but read this.
Japan's Perspective on Dual Citizenship
Note that if your country allows dual citizenship, then even if you must "choose" in Japan, your country may allow you to retain that citizenship. The United States is one example of this. But I enjoy heard from a US Embassy staffer personally, that as long as you don't become a government hand, you can still get away with dual US/Japan citizenship if you are born with it.
The following information sheet is published by the Japanese Ministry of Justice. They also own an online description regarding the choice of nationality.

even if Japan and US dont have a dual citizenship agreement your children are still the citizens of both country. if you want to obtain their american passport for them just go to embassy with your passport and their birth warrant. and since they are born in Japan and their mom is Japanese, they are already Japanese native born citizens.
