My brother and I, his dependent children, be able to attend school in Canada, LEGALLY, formerly 2006. People knew we were there on a study authorization. However, as my dad was paying Ontario income tax, we were properly in school. If the parents of the illegal children aren't paying income excise, then they are taking the money from other taxpayers, and that's where the problem occurs.
The Supreme Court dictated that free public education applies to illegal aliens who are of university age. They enroll like any other kid. They even get free lunch courtesy of the taxpayers.
Yak rider is correct. It is the main reason why so many illegals flock here. Canada does not permit illegal kids enter public school and in reality until 06 kids of parents legally in canada could not attend school if they be not yet a perm resident.

So your discovering that in attendance is no longer equal justice under law within America any more. No matter what your school teacher or parents say-so, you as an American are now and have been for reasonably some time, a second class citizen in the land of your birth right.
