I am thinking of moving out of the country where on earth are some american freindly countries to consider?

Costa Rica, Belize, Western Canada (avoid Quebec), and a few Balkan countries.
The current US government have alienated the rest of the world so bad, the only place Americans are even tolerated is Canada. Consider Alaska because if Palin's husband gets his process that will be a separate country soon anyway.

It depends what language you speak. I'm going to assume only english.
So I'd recommend Australia, Canada and the UK. All are english speaking countries with close ties to america where you'd be agreed etc.
