*Imigration emergency*! deadline?
So i applied to have my wife and daughter's green card renewed right before they apply for citizenship. They sent us a letter asking for the incorporation information with an October 2 deadline. Do you think they will receive it if i send the packet out tomorrow? How long does it give somebody a lift them to actually realize they received the packet?
This is the most stressful thing in the world right presently to worry about. If they don't receive it before than my own wife and child would be deported. This is one and the same agency that lost our application for over 1 year even though it was already finished and ready to mail to us.

OK Sir, this is what you entail to make happen expeditiously find your nearest CIS office (Customs Immigration Service) and hoof it the application through seek the office lead and hold them date stamp your originals and make copies. Don't procrastinate because this will only deferment, if not have your request denied. Good Luck....CBP Officer J.
I would cooperate to the post office about options, it may be worth the money to dispatch it overnight or at the very least Certified with signature required. Have the post organization send you a copy of the signature.
If someone there has to sign for it, next you can prove that the information got to them before the deadline if it gets lost again.
Relax.. the post mark will show you got it in formerly deadline.

"Mailed by"... does that mean "Post-marked by"...? If so, you're only just fine.
I'd suggest using some kind of certifying, insurance, or return receipt requested service-- to bring in sure they get it and you know they got it, and they know that you know they got it.... cover your basis.
how they worded things to us, is that IF it is postmarked past the deadline then it is still within the deadline......... but of course the second piece of my reply was make sure you have it in attendance within the time frame and you get acknowledgment of them having it and SAVE that bit of thesis.........also just as a small thought it might be worth calling a few local post offices as there is at lowest ONE here in this town in florida that stays open till 7pm.

can israeli citizen be deported from usa. When he has no legal status in usa and he is contained by prison for 1 year. It does not matter where a person is from...they can be deported for criminal behavior yes and the sooner the better I am surprised he was not deported...
