Hello, im 44 and my husband is 46.. we were thinking to go to Canada or Australia with my daughert who is 19.. The problem seem that we are too old to apply for a work visa. We do not have degrees. we enjoy a lot of experience cleaning (10 years). We are from Argentina.

sorry but without skilled qualifications and considering your ages you wouldn't get together the requirements to immigrate
It is hard to immigrate to canada if you do not qualify for skilled workers visa.
You may be able to apply within Canada under the Federal Skilled Worker Class. I assume your daughter is unmarried so she would be your dependant. 44/46 is not too old. In fact so long as you're lower than 49 you'll get the most points you can get under the age category. The need of degrees might hurt a bit, but check out this self-assessment test to see if you are eligible to apply as a Federal Skilled Worker:

Or, you may have to apply as a adjectives nominee if your work experience doesn't qualify as being "high enough" under the NOC rating article: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/p…
I think it's hard to get a work receipt without a job offer. I own not heard of open work permits given to anyone excluding students (so long as their primary reason for being in Canada is still their studies) or spouses/common imperative partners of students or temporary workers, just so they can enjoy a job while their spouse/common law partner is studying/working as well.
Overall, I muse it will be hard to do, unless your daughter can somehow get in on a study contract, graduate from a Canadian post-secondary institution, get a post-graduation work permit, and after she has 1 year of work experience beside that, she can apply for PR under the Canadian Experience Class, and then once she actually get the PR card, she could sponsor you. But that would be AT LEAST 6 years in the future from now...
I don't know in the order of Australia though.
