How predictable am I to be to be granted my US visa application?
hiya i have got my visa appointment in july to be in motion to florida in august. I have a criminal record of driving in need insurance and a lisense wen i was 17 and im now 19 i know it was really stupid since i have gained my lisense and paid for my mistakes via soaring insurance and fines when it went to court. anyway will i get refused because of this

Well, as long as you be honest about it in your visa application and just told them what happen, you should be fine. It's not like you're a murdering junkie serial rapist =p
They will NOT however grant you a visa if you have not admit to this on the forms you have to fill in to win a visa! Do not underestimate the thoroughness of the immigration department. They will go through everything in your history to your date of birth! If you have admit to this on your form they may give you a break because of it and it will go better for you if you have remunerated all the fines associated with this and settled it completely.
