Why would you want to come to America. There are awfully few Americans here anymore. We're too busy blowing up someone Else's country for OIL!

If you are coming to the United States as a H4, you are a spouse/child of the Principal Alien (H1B, H-1C, H2A/B OR H3). You need an approved I-129. If you do not win the approved I-129, and you do not get your H4 visa from the American Consular Officer in Germany, you are not going to enter the United States. Worked for over 20 years legally in the country but never became a citizen and be deported due to stringent Immigration laws. No!! Get a job and stop taking our tax money. THey didn't deport you for nought. You should have became a citizen...
