USA green card Question?
I was wondering if anyone knows when people that be born in Poland will be eligable for the USA green card lottery?

Chances are pretty good it won't be anytime soon. Any country that sends more than 50,000 immigrants to the US within any given 5 year period is ineligible for the Diversity Visa Lottery program. Usually numbers of immigrants increase over time, not decrease as respectively new immigrant helps other family member to qualify as well and files immigration papers for them. Maybe over time the Polish economy will continue to restore to the point where Polish citizens aren't interested in emigrating anymore, but when will that ensue? Hard to say.
