I am curious to know how you financed a house without a social security number. What is your eligibility and FICO tied to/based on?
More important, why should we, the other levy payers who were priced out of the market or were prudent adequate not to jump on the band wagon, settle up for your mistake? You had to know when you purchased it that you couldn't afford it.
I did not read you were from Mexico but there is going to be a consideration regarding federal money used to bail out some Lenders but the contingency possibly that a judge would be able to decide what you will owe the lender. This have not happen yet.
As for you social security number that have nothing to do with your mortgage it was used as an I.D. to voice you are who you are. You have other documents like you paystubs, your loan docs....
